The problem
We have five main hero products. I want to launch new creatives for them every week to help feed the Meta Andromeda machine. But building good static ads takes real time and energy, and there's always something that feels more urgent: an offer test, video ads, a fire to put out.
So static ad production kept sliding down the list. Some weeks it just didn't happen.
What it was costing us
Every skipped week showed up in the numbers. Creative fatigue set in, performance drifted down, and I knew exactly why - we weren't feeding the account enough fresh creatives to test.
What I do now
So I built the automation I wished I had. Static Ads Lab builds 10 new ads a week for each hero product automatically. I prompt the AI to follow my methodology and it runs every Sunday night while I sleep.
The hard part of sitting down & actually building the ads is done on its own. All I do now is write the captions, launch them into the account, and get back to the rest of the fires. I'm now very confident that we're not falling behind on creative volume.
